NORCCAPA takes shape as a network for care, protection and wellbeing — connecting organisations rather than competing with them.
Connecting
Coordination forums, shared agendas and clearer referral pathways become part of how the network works — patterned on county and regional child-rights coalitions.
Strengthening
Learning, tools and peer exchange help members raise the quality of practice around children.
