Coordination
Member organisations that once worked in parallel began meeting under one agenda. Referral pathways became clearer, overlapping projects were aligned, and frontline workers left with shared tools rather than competing plans.
Capacity strengthening
A shared learning cohort brought case workers and programme leads together around safeguarding practice, documentation and peer review. Participants returned to their organisations with tools they could adapt — and a peer network they could call.
Advocacy
