Governance

How the association is run and held accountable.

NORCCAPA should be transparent about how decisions are made. The structure below follows common practice for child-rights associations — confirm with NORCCAPA before publishing as official.

01

General Assembly / membership

Working direction: members give the association its mandate — patterned on umbrella bodies such as KAACR where the assembly sets policy direction.

02

Board / Executive Committee

Oversight of strategy, integrity and accountability. Names and terms publish once NORCCAPA confirms them.

03

Secretariat

Day-to-day coordination of the network — membership support, forums, learning and communications.

04

Technical / programme leadership

Specialists who support strategic areas across the membership when those roles exist.
